Since relocating in 2019 from Wisconsin to St. Louis, health technology startup TCARE has expanded from four full-time employees to a team of more than 160. The startup said Thursday it plans to accelerate its growth, announcing a $17 million venture capital raise expected to help it add more than 100 employees in the next year.
