Work has started on Lookout, a 241-unit class A multifamily development with apartments and townhomes off U.S. Route 290 near the Belterra community. This is a type of denser development that Dripping Springs, west of Austin, doesn’t often see. "Lookout is one of the only multifamily projects under construction in the Dripping Springs area," one developer said.
