Women-only co-working spot and social club lands in Georgetown with some controversy


New York City’s popular women-only co-working spot and social club The Wing is opening its first D.C. location Thursday in Georgetown.

The 10,000-square-foot shared office space on Thomas Jefferson Street NW offers members — who pay a monthly membership starting at $215 — access to the club’s working spaces, a cafe, gym, beauty room and art gallery and library featuring female artists and authors.
