Women twice as likely to be hit by long Covid symptoms


For some people, Covid is a relatively mild experience, while for others it can be deadly.

But for millions of people – mostly women – that experience falls somewhere in the middle. The original infection clears up only to reveal new, more debilitating symptoms: overwhelming fatigue, heart palpitations, brain fog, headaches, poor sleep, short-term memory loss and breathlessness.
