Wyndham San Jose hotel bought for $21 million, will become Hampton Inn


The 3-year old Wingate by Wyndham San Jose has a new owner and will transition to a new flag.

An investment group bought the 115-room property in South San Jose from owner Arcadia Development on Aug. 18 for $21 million, or $182,609 per key. The investment group is registered at the same address as Rhode Island hotel real estate investment firm Magna Hospitality.
