Young’s Fish Market to open new West Oahu location

Young’s Fish Market will open next spring at Kapolei Commons, joining other new tenants like HomeGoods and Ulta Beauty.

The locally-owned Hawaiian and Chinese food restaurant, owned by Wilfred and Charlotte Young, started out as a small fish market on Liliha Street. The new eatery will sell plate lunches, poke and fish, and will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

A building permit filed by the restaurant puts part of the construction cost at around $65,000, with J3 Construction listed as a contractor.
