A Tudor-style home on the lakefront in Whitefish Bay has sold for $1.77 million, according to a state filing with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
Situated on one of the largest lakefront parcels in Fox Point, the 5,353-square-foot home on Thorne Lane features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a garden room and a hearth room.
Originally built in 1924, the home was put on the market for $1.9 million in September of 2017. The price was reduced to $1.8 million in February of 2018.
