$2.8 billion Dallas convention center, I-30 deck park project contract to be awarded to affiliate of local developer


The Dallas City Council is slated to consider awarding a contract on Wednesday for project management services for the nearly $3 billion expansion of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas and a proposed deck park over Interstate 30. And an entity tied to a well-known local developer is the apparent frontrunner for the work.
