Judge: Petition for statewide vote on new abortion law moves forward


The Missouri Court of Appeals on Monday ruled that the American Civil Liberties Union can begin collecting signatures for a petition that seeks a public vote regarding a new state law banning abortions at eight weeks of pregnancy.
