40 Uptown Crossing apartments among pending awards from Milwaukee’s Housing Trust Fund


Milwaukee developer Anthony Kazee hopes for a quick one-year turnaround between his discovery of a former Jewish Home building and the start of a $6.6 million redevelopment to create 40 affordable apartments for people who face homelessness or have a chronic disease.
