$50M filing leads commercial building permits issued last week by City of Albuquerque

The City of Albuquerque issued 12 commercial building permits between April 16 to April 22 including a $50M permit issued on April 19 for a city project at 2503 Clark Carr Road SE. The project is estimated to be about 115,130 square feet.
