$65M project will turn industrial site into 312-unit apartment complex at Main and Hertel


A $65 million project is converting a former industrial site at 2929 Main St. at Hertel Avenue into the Rails, a 312-unit apartment building with some commercial and retail space.

Construction started in August, and the complex is on pace to open in mid-2024. The Rails is jointly developed by McGuire Development Co. and Blackfish Investments LLC of Provo, Utah.
