TC Restaurant Group eyes six-story honky-tonk for newly purchased downtown site


The owner of several celebrity-branded bars on Lower Broadway has filed plans for its newly purchased downtown property.

In May, TC Restaurant Group paid $10 million for a parking lot at 407 Fourth Ave. N.

The Ohio-based company is planning a six-story building on the site with live music, a gift shop, multiple bars and a rooftop, according to the Nashville Post, citing Metro Planning Department documents.
