DR Horton seeks rezoning for Gastonia development with nearly 700 apartments, homes and townhouses

D.R. Horton is looking to rezone 103.8 acres in Gastonia for a proposed project with 348 apartments, 207 single-family homes and 133 attached townhouses, city documents show.
