BluffCakes, the local online cookie company, offers a giant blue cookie with two Oreo cookies baked inside. It is called the Coookie Monster.
The Coookie Monster is currently sold out. Early on, such was common with the business. They had tapped out at 800 cookies a week. But, they've since figured out how to keep on top of inventory, and now produce between 3,000 to 3,500 cookies a week.
