Longtime Medtronic VC exec leaves company


The longtime vice president of venture capital at Medtronic (NYSE: MDT), David Neustaedter, has left his role to go to a private investment firm.

Neustaedter spent seven years at Medtronic and another seven as director of venture capital at Covidien, the Irish med-tech company that Medtronic bought in 2015.
