Builder planning Delafield homes near St. John’s seeing strong demand from locals

Miller Marriott Construction Co. LLC is still in the process of getting city approvals to build 31 houses near downtown Delafield and hasn't officially marketed the lots for sale, but it already has plenty of interest.
