DMN: Landmark Preston Hollow estate has returned to the market with a $60 million price tag

The more than 15-acre Crespi Estate – once owned by Tom Hicks, a Dallas investor and former owner of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars – has hit the market again with a $60 million price tag, according to a report from the Dallas Morning News.
