A new condo unit in the Fendi Chateau Ocean in Surfside was sold to a Brazilian national for $10.2 million.
Chateau Ocean LLC, an affiliate of Chateau Group, sold Unit 306 in the building at 9349 Collins Ave. to Blue Dust LLC, managed by Pedro Andrade Nogueira. Goldman Sachs Bank provided a $6.63 million mortgage to the buyer.
The condo totals 5,945 square feet with four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The price equated to $1,716 a square foot.
