Head of tech investment firm buys North Palm Beach mansion for $10M


Timothy Barrows, the managing partner of tech investment firm Matrix Partners, and wife Margaret A. Flanagan paid $10 million for a mansion along the Intracoastal Waterway near North Palm Beach.

Sally W. Grieb – part of the wealthy Ecclestone family – and husband John Grieb sold the home at 11437 Old Harbour Road. It totals 6,533 square feet with five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a pool and a dock.

The price equated to $1,530 a square foot.The home was built on the 0.69-acre site in 1968.
