David Tepper-led entity sells Waterford Golf Club in Rock Hill, S.C., for $3.4M

An entity affiliated with David Tepper had purchased Waterford Golf Club in 2020 for $2.3 million. Last month, Tepper sold the asset to an entity tied to real estate developer Steven Schorr, whose team announced the deal.
