Incline Equity sells gutter cleaning company

Pittsburgh’s largest private equity firm has exited a portfolio company that provides residential gutter and outdoor cleaning services after three years.

Incline Equity Partners said Ned Stevens Holding Corp. has been sold to Avalt, a Boston-based family office.

Financials were not disclosed, including sale price or Incline’s return. Nor did Incline say how much it initially paid for Ned, although in 2016, it typically invested between $15 million and $30 million per deal.
