With Mueller under its belt, Catellus closer to building another huge Austin neighborhood

Catellus, which has turned Austin's old airport into the Mueller neighborhood, is now in the driver's seat to transform 208 acres of Northeast Austin into a master-planned community. Colony Park will have more than 3,000 homes.
