As the downtown living options continue to grow in Wichita, potential renters will get a chance this weekend to tour the new Colorado Derby Lofts units.
On Friday, the WBJ received an exclusive tour of some of the finished apartments inside the former Wichita USD 259 administrative building at 201 N. Water. The building will feature 106 units, most of which are one-bedroom apartments.
