Aerojet still owns most of its land in Rancho Cordova after decades of trying to sell it

Some 24 years after it started trying to sell off big chunks of its 12,200 acres of land in and near Rancho Cordova, Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc. still owns most of it.
