Columbus, Ga.-based Aflac Inc. (NYSE: AFL) has reached an agreement to acquire a Florida-based dental and vision benefits provider.
Tampa-based Argus Holdings LLC and its subsidiary Argus Dental & Vision Inc. serves nearly 1 million members, providing benefits management services to Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program carriers. It also offers group and individual dental and vision plans to employers and individuals.
