Rose Street Patisserie opening second location (with ice cream)


Rose Street Patisserie has a second location in the works for St. Paul, across the street from O'Gara's Bar & Grill.

The patisserie is opening this summer at the corner of Selby Avenue and Snelling Avenue (171 Snelling Ave. N.), in a former Starbucks Corp. coffeeshop.
