Agiliti Inc. (NYSE: AGTI), a medical technology-management provider based in Eden Prairie, announced Monday that Tom Leonard will retire as CEO.
Tom Boehning, currently president, will succeed Leonard on March 10 as CEO of Agility, formerly known as Universal Hospital Services.
Leonard will remain an employee of the company to assist with the transition until March 31, and he intends to continue serving on the company's board, the company's announcement said.
