An Amherst health benefits consultancy is now part of a much bigger entity following its acquisition by a Florida-based insurance brokerage firm.
Premier Consulting Associates LLC was acquired in August by AssuredPartners Inc. of Lake Mary, Florida, a $1.2 billion firm with more than 235 offices across 30 states and London. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
