Cincinnati Children’s raises pay for 3,000 employees


Cincinnati Children’s Hospital intends to increase its minimum wage to $15 an hour as of Jan. 5, which will result in pay raises for about 3,000 employees.

Boosting the minimum pay by 36% from the current $11 an hour is expected to cost the hospital $5.5 million annually. That will include salary adjustments for employees who already make $15 an hour or nearly that much.
