Celebrity chef and cable-TV star Andrew Zimmern will open Lucky Cricket, a Chinese restaurant/tiki bar concept that he's been working on for years, at The Shops at West End in St. Louis Park.
Mpls.St. Paul Magazine has details on the location — Lucky Cricket will debut this fall in the former Bonefish Grill space — and comments from Zimmern, who hopes to include a variety of his favorite dishes from around China. The restaurant also will offer an in-house delivery service.
