Arizona’s housing deficit increased 1,377% since 2012, report says


According to the study, Arizona needs to build more than 122,000 homes to right-size its housing market. Still, industry experts told the Business Journal that construction sector in the state faces several challenges, including labor, material costs and slow approval processes.
