The Edge District is set to gain another apartment project to join a growing neighborhood.

An Arkansas-based developer has plans in place for an apartment building known as University Lofts at 440 Monroe Ave., according to filings with the Center City Revenue Finance Corp. (CCRFC), an affiliate board of the Downtown Memphis Commission (DMC).
