Arnold senior living project runs $5M over budget due to missed waterline


Developers of an assisted living center in Arnold had to redesign the project's site plan after it was discovered that a water line ran underneath the construction site, pushing up the project’s cost by more than $5 million, according to a new filing with state of Missouri.
