Sam Kassel and Alex Ogden, the owners of FourOneFour Events, are purchasing the restaurant. A listing for the business at 4726 W. Vliet St. in Milwaukee by James Carter says Fred’s is for sale because the owners plan to retire – or are “going boating,” specifically.
