Atlanta fintech company FleetCor Technologies Inc. (NYSE: FLT) says it has an agreement to acquire Portland, Ore.-based payment automation company Nvoicepay.
Peachtree Corners-based FleetCor says the addition of Nvoicepay will give business clients payment solutions for all their accounts payable expenses, both domestic and international.
