Atlanta Mayor: Stalled Microsoft campus already had ‘economic consequences’ on Westside


Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens called Microsoft leaders Thursday to express his concerns on the global technology company pausing its work on its 90-acre planned campus in Grove Park.

Dickens wants to ensure Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq: MSFT) fulfills its commitments to the city, according to a statement from his press office, particularly as they relate to hiring Atlantans and funding a revitalization study for the Donald Lee Hollowell corridor.
