The 2023 list of office parks highlights building complexes around the Austin area. Properties are ranked by square feet and include a wide swath of options from No. 1 The Domain in northwest Austin to the "creative" offices at the MetCenter in southwest Austin by the Airport (No. 28). Only office parks with multiple buildings are included on this list. Information provided by Cushman and Wakefield Inc. Properties must have more than one tenant occupying space to be eligible. Owner-occupied and single-tenant properties are not eligible. Flex space––defined as properties with overhead doors––is considered industrial and not included. Building class determined by professional opinion of Cushman and Wakefield Inc. Total available square feet and lease rate information as of September 2023. All lease rates are quoted as full service and change frequently. Rates may also vary depending on floor. This year, the list includes both direct lease and sublease opportunities. Occupancy rate based on direct space that is immediately available for lease and occupancy.
