Kline Properties LLC of Austin has purchased the historic Hogg Palace Lofts in downtown Houston, according to an announcement from brokerage firm Jones Lang Lasalle Inc.
JLL’s Chip Nash and Bob Heard and Houston Income Properties’ Jim Hurd and Bishale Patel represented the seller, which was Houston-based Randall Davis Co.
