As beer production ramps up across the country, it's getting more local.
Many of the nation's biggest craft beer producers saw their production flatten last year, according to data from the Brewers Association. Demand is slowing for many large, regional craft brewers while more microbreweries pop up and churn out a few hundred barrels a year — not a lot, relatively speaking, in the beer business.
