Australian developer unveils name, other details for Midtown multifamily tower


Australian developer Caydon’s first stateside project has an official name. The $200 million, 27-story high-rise at 2850 Fannin will be named Drewery Place, after a lane in Melbourne, Australia, a press release stated.
