Midtown Tampa, the mixed-use development under construction at the intersection of Dale Mabry Highway and Interstate 275, has landed a healthy restaurant concept backed by Oprah Winfrey.

True Food Kitchen will occupy a 5,000-square-foot standalone building off of the Himes Avenue entrance into Midtown and is slated to open in early 2021, the developer of Midtown, New York-based Bromley Cos., said Wednesday.

There's a new lakeside lodge-type eatery headed to Universal Orlando Resort's CityWalk dining and entertainment complex.

Bigfire, which will provide Americana cuisine cooked via an open fire, will be the latest addition to CityWalk this summer. Renderings show the restaurant will be near the rear of CityWalk, closer to the Islands of Adventure entrance.

Pho Viet, a growing local pho chain, has opened its second Baltimore location in the city's central business district.

The restaurant debuted this week on the ground floor of the Delta Hotel at 1 E. Redwood St., in a 1,000-square-foot space previously home to Zeke's Cafe.

It's the fourth location overall for Pho Viet, which also has two restaurants in Washington, D.C., said operator Katie Dang. The original Pho Viet opened in 2015 at 104 St. Paul St.

The Coca-Cola Co. on Wednesday introduced its Aquarius water brand to the United Kingdom.
