Intuition LLC signs lease at former CSX building
Business services company Intuition LLC has signed a 36,299-square-foot lease at a suburban office building formerly occupied by CSX Corp.
The company will move from 9428 Baymeadows Road to Innovation Park, located at 6735 Southpoint Drive S. in Southside. The company will relocate about 175 employees in the fourth quarter this year.

The four kuleana parcels within Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s estate on Kauai were sold at public auction Friday — three to a retired University of Hawaii professor and one to a group of relatives, all descendants of the land’s original owner.
