A high-profile voice has joined the chorus in protesting Waffle House restaurants across the country following more incidents related to the chain.

Axe-throwing venue coming to OTR
An indoor axe-throwing company is opening its doors in Over-the-Rhine.
Urban Axes will open a 6,000-square-foot facility at 2010 Elm St. that will house 3.5 arenas with 14 targets that can host up to 100 axe throwers at a time. The venue will also feature a bar serving beer and wine.
The space is currently being built out and the Philadelphia-based company expects it will open in the fall. Founded in 2016, Urban Axes has locations in Philadelphia and Austin, Texas along with locations in the works…
Levitt Pavilion announces 2018 concert lineup in downtown (Photos)
With over 200 people in attendance, Levitt Pavilion staff announced its 2018 concert lineup during an event Thursday downtown.
Lisa Wagner, executive director of Levitt Pavilion, said about 200 people stopped in to Table 33 Thursday night to see the free concert lineup.

Zoup! is on, new-to-market restaurant opening in Eagan
Zoup! Fresh Soup Co., a growing Michigan-based franchise, is preparing to open its first restaurant in the Twin Cities.
Zoup! will open at 1348 Town Centre Drive in Eagan. Franchisee Anthony Steffen expects to open near the end of the summer, according to an announcement.
The quick-service restaurant features a daily rotating selection of 12 soups — chicken pot pie, lobster bisque and tomato vegetable are some of the staples — along with bread baked in house and sandwiches.
