Texas businessman and philanthropist Richard “Dick” Wallrath has put his 5,000-acre Champion Ranch on the market.

Located in Centerville, Texas, about 210 miles from San Antonio, the property includes an owner’s home on a 78-acre lake, as well as several barns, eight guest and ranch houses and a 16-person bunkhouse. Wes Frazer, Patrick Nelson, Daniel Drinkard and Payne Baker have opened Mom's Basement in Avondale, according to Bham Now.

Mexican restaurant El Arroyo, famous for its quirky sign that greets motorists on West Fifth Street, is embroiled in legal disputes over its trademark and rent payments for its lease, according to court records.
