The famous burned-out house on Bird Avenue in San Jose's Willow Glen has been sold.
Details are still sketchy as of Tuesday afternoon, but listing agent Holly Barr told the Silicon Valley Business Journal in an interview that a cash bid has been accepted — the highest of six received, all above the $799,999 asking price.
