Big data centers rising in Round Rock approved for sales tax rebates up to 50%


Site work is underway for this data center campus on dozens of acres north of Austin. Now, the Las Vegas-based company behind the project has secured incentives in the form of potential tax rebates. Round Rock Mayor Craig Morgan says the agreement "offers them the opportunity to take their performance to the next level while generating a considerable amount of use tax revenues that will benefit our residents for years to come."
