Birchwood Foods will add more than 100 jobs over the next five years at its Norcross plant, the company said Monday.
The Kenosha, Wis.-based company will invest $33 million in an 80,000-square-foot expansion of the facility at 6009 Goshen Springs Road.
Birchwood will use the additional space to produce protein products for national restaurant chains and retailers.
Dennis Vignieri, president and CEO, said it’s the third major expansion at the Norcross facility since it began operations in 1988.…
