Bittercube store, tasting room open in expanded space on Milwaukee’s west side


A local manufacturer of bitters expanded its operation after relocating from Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood to Uptown Crossing.

Bittercube, owned by Nicholas Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz, creates artisanal bitters, elixirs and custom tonics. The company was founded in 2009 and had been based at the Lincoln Warehouse since 2014. Without room to expand, Bittercube opted to move into a nearly 9,000-square-foot space on the city’s west side.
