Ever since Vikram Garg left his role as executive chef at Halekulani in 2016, people have been asking him what’s next.

That same year, he joined The MacNaughton Group as a partner to lead its hospitality division, but fans of his food wanted to know what would be his next venture in the culinary world.

Now, as of last month, he has an answer to that question: It’s TBD…

That’s the name of the restaurant he opened in June inside of the Lotus Honolulu hotel, which MacNaughton Group acquired…
